How Does LifePace Learning® Fit My Needs?

At Columbia Southern University, we know that balancing work, family and education can be challenging. We designed LifePace Learning® to make higher education accessible for all.

- Meet live with professors and classmates in each course via Blackboard Collaborate.
- Schedule one-on-one meetings with advisors, financial aid representatives, professors and other support staff.
- Learn from experienced professors, most of whom have worked in or are currently working in the field of study.
- Multiple learning formats – video, written, audio, virtual reality, live/recorded sessions.
- Quality Matters and Blackboard-certified courses.
- ADA compliance and universal design standards.
- e-Textbooks and course resources provided at no additional cost.
- 24/7 access to online library and library chat.
- Individualized assistance through Math and Writing Centers.
- Associate and bachelor’s students may take 1-3 courses each term and up to 4 courses with advisor approval.
- Master’s students may take up to 1-2 courses each term and up to 3 courses with advisor approval.
- Doctoral students taking didactic courses may enroll in up to 2 courses or 3 courses with advisor approval each term.**
** Doctoral students who are within their research study/dissertation phase, may enroll in up to 2-3 courses depending upon how quickly they move through their milestones.
