About This Course

This course is a personal development opportunity that promotes the examination of self-understanding and goal-setting for stress resiliency. Students will analyze the impact of stressors in personal life and within the workplace along with identifying coping mechanics and stress reducing techniques.

Students will complete workbook activities, that serve as a companion document for the course.

  1. Students can apply for an extension if the course is not completed within the allotted 10-week time frame. If students do not complete all assignments with a 70 percent or higher within 10 weeks and do not apply for the extension, they will be removed from the course. Back to duration
