Overview
Columbia Southern University’s Master of Science in Fire Executive Leadership with a concentration in Organizational Leadership is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead and innovate within the dynamic landscape of fire and emergency services. Featuring a focus on current and emerging leadership theories, best practices, and global events, the program prepares students to drive organizational innovation, foster productive teams, and navigate complex work environments. Successful graduates emerge prepared to analyze the impact of critical issues and emerging theories on leadership, to strategically improve organizational performance, and with the knowledge and skills to assume advanced leadership roles within the fields of fire and related emergency services.

Our goal is to provide the strongest online academic programs at an affordable rate. On average, our tuition is less than half the cost of our competitors.

*Rates are per credit hour. Most courses are three (3) credit hours. Tuition and fees are payable in U.S. funds. Tuition rates are subject to change. CSU’s tuition rate for associate, bachelor’s and master’s courses is $250 per credit hour for all active-duty military members using tuition assistance except those who are using a Learning Partner discount.
The lower rate is offered to keep the tuition rate at the DoD cap of $250.
